What accounting software do you support?
QuickBooks, Zoho, Xero, NetSuite, Dynamics, and most major platforms. If you use something else, ask during your strategy call.
How do you ensure data security?
Mutual NDAs, secure VPN, encrypted communication, background-checked team, two-factor authentication, zero data retention post-contract, and liability insurance.
Can I scale up or down monthly?
Yes, you can scale capacity. However, we require 60-day notice period for terminations to ensure sustainable operations. We don't have 1-year contracts, but the notice period allows us to plan capacity effectively.
What if I'm not satisfied?
Through our internal vetting process, we ensure quality resource assignment from day one. If issues arise, we first work internally to mitigate errors. If not corrected within 30 days, we replace the resource at no charge.
How does white label work?
You engage us under mutual NDA. We assign team members to your account. They work under your brand. You bill your client. You pay us. Client only knows your firm. We never contact your clients.
Do you offer hourly rates?
Yes, for smaller needs: Junior $85/hr, Mid-Level $110/hr, Senior $145/hr. 10-hour monthly minimum. However, FTE pricing offers better value for ongoing work.
